Please submit a reservation request with the form below!

- We will approve or reject the request within 24 hours.

- To best provide the personalized maid cafe experience, any parties larger than 5 will be separated into tables adjacent to each other. 

- If you want to add additional members to your party please let us know 24 hours in advance, or we may not be able to seat the extra members. 

- Please note that everyone in the party must order at least 1 drink or polaroid.
