Important Web Store Policy Update

Starting August 13, 2026, all online orders selected for **store pickup** will be held for a maximum of one month.

If an order is not picked up within one month of the date you receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup, the order will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued, and the merchandise may be resold or discarded.

Grace Period for Past Orders

We will be contacting customers who have outstanding pickup orders from before August 13, 2026. These orders will be given a grace period through December 31, 2026 to be picked up.

If you would prefer to have a past order shipped instead, you may pay the applicable shipping cost. Please contact us at asayorumaidcafe@gmail.com to arrange shipping.
